3+1的HDB一个月的杂费要多少？包括水电费，（如果有3个空调的话），煤气（应该不会很经常用），上网（四台电脑），cableTV(4，5个台）还有其他杂七杂八的费用。

照你所形容的, 大概两百多吧三个空调都开的话, 电费肯定省不了, 一个月水电估计要150吧? 煤气可以忽略不计.

上网加cableTV估计一百左右吧.

杂七杂八的是什么? 维修费? 损耗费?

breakdown listgeneral 水电费 depends if you use a lot, range $70 - 120

3个空调: split or windows, use rarely, ($50) often or everyday, very different, range from 120 to 250 /mth

煤气（应该不会很经常用）$20 / 3 months

上网（四台电脑）， often or so so, top $70 /mth for unlimit contract

cableTV(4，5个台）which chanels? range from $25-35 /mth

还有其他杂七杂八的费用。average $5-10 per month (see install fee for somthing + repaire fee for something which happens only once in the whole year)
