基本上本科毕业几年以内都可以，但前提是你要有full time工作，因为有一张表要你的公司帮你填的。

any price limit for the air-ticket and how is the process like?
机票就是一张往返的，要任何一个中国城市都可以，不过哪家航空公司是他们帮你定的。
