I know one submitted just a few days and receive the itnerview letter (within one week), however, regarding application of visa, it is alwasy case by case.

ususally, if u have an agent, agent will take care of everythhing and the whole process will be much easier for you, after the so called refirm, you will receive an interview letter and then can go for interview in about 1-2 weeks time, the interview letter will state clearly on the interview dates.
