哭死，DBS debit card划钱划错了，怎么办？刚刚在网上订hotel来着。算上汇率可能是SGD143，他们划了SGD431整（available balance和ledger balance的差）哭啊～～～～～

Most likely the hotel is gonna correct the value later. The money won't be deducted from your account until your bill comes. yes, the banks do charge a fee1. FX, rate by the bank or the card organisation. the rate is probably more favourable to the bank
