请问一个关于到美国读master的问题我想请问一下，因为我是拿的MOE的full scholarship (SM2），现在在国大EE year 2。我就不是很清楚在读完4年本科课程之后，可不可以先出国读master，再回来为新加坡服务6年？
新加坡会不会对我有什么限制？还是还要签什么和约之类的？

you need get approval from MOE to1. defer your bond under SM2 scholarship.
2. defer your bond under tuition grant.
in either case, they may ask you to put deposit (guess should be above 50K SGD) to make sure that you will come back.
