although we need to wait for 30 Jan 2008, the closing date for registration before we could confirm to proceed (at least 40 players) with the planning in details.
We are in the initial stages of planning :
1 Design of Trophies
2 Manpower from SIXGA and to get approval of the allowances
3 Getting tables and chairs
4 Sound System
5 Design of Venue Layout
6 Manpower from Bishan
7 Computer Software if not using the SIXGA's standard but the Bishan standard and software staff
8 Chess sets and Chess clocks
9 Arrangement of the venue on the eve
10 MC of the Day
11 Second Publicity in the Press during Chinese Cultural Festival
12 Thank You Party
Others :

Although we manage to get the minimum budget of $4,980, the highest since ....the first day, 27 Jun 2002, we formed.
If less than 40 players, we will not hestitate to cancel it and to conduct a review meeting to find out the reasons.[棋人生 (1-23 11:48, Long long ago)]

I could help to register if the forms and fees are given to me.
All C.C.s are having forms, including Bishan C.C.

At the same time, told her about 碧山杯全国象棋个人赛.

Could Bishan perform better in this coming event ?
