regarding Page 1 of 碧山民众俱乐部象棋会简讯 (34) [... 下一次棋力分级证书的颁发将是十周年会庆重要考虑项目；希望包括三年内出席各项可能举办赛事的准则。]

The meeting has agreed to include two more conditions for future grading certificates :

(1) the members of Bishan Xiangqi Club players need to participate in at least 3 individual competitions (internal or external) over a 5-year period

(2) the members of Bishan Xiangqi Club players need to participate in at least 1 individual competition (internal or external) over a 3-year period

This is one of the possible ways to implement 棋会鼓励会员应多参加个人赛包括内部会员赛，以吸取比赛经验。

The 4th EXCO will confirm the proper 碧山象棋会会员棋力分级细则 (第三次评定) within the 1st year of the EXCO term.
