比较像投行，frontdesk 的待遇和JPMorgan, Deutsche不相上下，middledesk and back office 待遇好过JPMorgan和 Deutsche。

Actually want to know what kind of work they do and how the culture is like. Also how a day is like as a junior level employee. There is no harm knowing more about the company and decide whether to give it a shot.

刚进GIC工资不会很高，bonus也一般。当然可能我的sample size太小，没看到front office的牛人。
