关于薪酬的一些建议这两天本人非常不爽，想借此贴告诫一下朋友们。本人刚过25，来新已经7个月了，前4个月只是实习在一家公司，后三月到另一家公司帮忙，basic salary is 2600+housing allowance 1800=4400, 后面的这家公司老板许诺我如果在他那作，给我加薪。本人大悦，于是与前面的公司摊派，还惹得老板不高兴。可是谁知道现在的这家老板说把我的basic salary加到4400，没有housing allowance了，能得我十分不爽，旧公司又会不去了，有种被愚弄得感觉。虽说保证有2。5到3个月的bonus,但已经没有激情了，要租房子还要养mm,生活也不算太富裕。

我觉得没有看到新公司的合同之前都不应该辞职的，除非准备好破釜沉舟了另外，这边应该很多人工资没你高，也都还可以生活啊、租房阿、养mm啊。所以看开一点，基本工资加了总是好事，以后再跳起点更高。[parrot (5-24 18:00, Long long ago)] [ 传统版 | sForum ][登录后回复]6楼

想开点儿好，新老板也没有愚弄你，人不能太贪如果收入一样，当然要底薪高的，原因有二：

1、对你下一份求职，财务信用很有用
2、一般来说，如果你在新加坡定居买房子，housing allowance立刻就没有，还是basic salary高一点实惠。
