Fresh PhD: 询问 ST microelectronics process engineer interview不知道有没有在ST microelectronics 工作的兄弟姐妹？刚接到hr的面试通知，说下个周一interview。请问PhD 做process engineering 要shift 吗？
第一轮面试是部门经理还是hr? 问的是技术型的问题吗？

不要怕问...

litho is the one of the most important module in processlitho is one of the critical module in the whole process, I saw lots of master or phd graduate working on this module. Process engineer could be a very steady position, your salary increasement will be very slow at the first few years, but once you accumulate enough experience, your market value will be much higher.
