Prior experience in call centre will be advantageous

AR Operations Specialist position (Native Japanese)

Conversational English level

Main job: perform order processing, payment processing, liaise with call centres, work closely with finance department and other teams

Good knowledge of MS excel



Customer Care Associate

Experience in customer support, good in problem solving, self-motivated person

Good in communication skill, process-focus aptitude

Proficiency in English and Chinese

Degree holder
