求助！norne trader的proprietary trader/trainee trader interview (futures)才收到通知，下个周六就面试。完全木有头绪。。请问华新里面有谁做过类似工作，或者了解这个公司的情况的吗？

你是什么背景？怎么申请这个职位的如果只是初步了解，应该也很难拿下这个职位。

Training program for Traders

Salary: NA
The company is involved in a range of proprietary trading and investment activities, which include the trading of stocks, options and futures. Through our training arm, we also provide in-house training for new recruits interested in trading as a career. Trainees undergo an 1 year training program to teach them to trade the futures market effectively and will be taught professional prop trading techniques. Training is done remotely (home based) during US hours, trainees may participate while holding on to their day jobs.
