(引用 梦小晴:4000 12个月有什么要求吗？不是PR EP可以么。。。)当然有业绩要求这个program就是针对非pr的。有好几个档。假设以月薪4k来申请EP，如果MOM 批了，AIA当然会每月给你4000。要求就是你的保险销售业绩提成，也要达到4k(就是你会总共拿到8k)。如果业绩达不到，理论上你可能白拿几个月工资，到了老板能容忍的达不到业绩的期限，就terminate了。这个钱部分是由老板出的。如果成绩好，做下去的话，第二年的renew commission 就没了(月薪相当于把renew commission提前发给你)。 　[本文发送自华新手机Wap版] [NewOriental (7-26 12:01, Long long ago)] [ 传统版 | sForum ][登录后回复]3楼
