Requirements:
1. At least Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related.
2. At least 1 year experience of technical support in IT/CCTV/telecom related industry;
3. Good communication skills and sense of customer-focus, fluent in English and Mandarin
