在新加坡，学生如何办理信用卡？不是公民，不是PR，也没有工作。只是在校学生而已。可以办信用卡吗？如何办理呢？

Answer:If you have $10,000 and above 21 years old
put into bank as a fixed deposit (UOB/OCBC/DBS), then can apply a credit card
