刚申请到pr,收到CPF发来的一封信说是要申请什么dependants' protection scheme,请问各位大侠这个有用吗？如果我签了其他的人身保险，这个是不是就多余了呢?

还有，现在的人身保险很多，前几天还看到有人法帖说被骗了，偶也有点怕怕，各位有没有推荐的？公司或scheme都行。
