一号文件提出了农业机械化发展的几项重点内容：
——加快粮食生产机械化进程，因地制宜地拓展农业机械化的作业和服务领域，在重点农时季节组织开展跨区域的机耕、机播、机收作业服务。
——建设农机化试验示范基地，大力推广水稻插秧、土地深松、化肥深施、秸秆粉碎还田等农机化技术。
——鼓励农业生产经营者共同使用、合作经营农业机械，积极培育和发展农机大户和农机专业服务组织，推进农机服务市场化、产业化。
——加强农机安全监理工作。
据农业部农业机械化管理司有关负责人介绍，2004年至2006年，我国农机工业的平均增速超过30%。去年国家加大了农机具购置补贴力度，中央补贴资金由2005年的3亿元增加到6亿元，地方各级财政安排农机补贴资金达10.6亿元，激发了农民购机热情，全国范围内农机市场呈现旺销态势。
这位负责人表示，今年国家将加大农机购机补贴资金投入，资金规模将有较大幅度增加，农机购置补贴的实施范围、补贴机具种类、补贴试点范围、县均投入规模和单机补贴额度都将扩大。

但农村缺大学生，缺机械，缺科技，
中国的巨额外汇储备，就应该花在农村，
唯一的可行道路，否则经济不可持续，民族振兴也是虚假的。
胡温选对了路子，民富国强，这个民不是少部分人，应该是大部分人。
未来的大学生，必将有相当一部分流向农村（国家把钱花在这儿，比花钱安置就业有价值，一举两得），
15年之后，农村就会有很大的改观-----资金指到那，人才流向那，那里就会繁荣。
中国的股市，未来潜力巨大（美国股市，刚开始那会儿，不也是上窜下跳？）

Yes, it is true but it did not prevent ZPP's bottomline dropping, why?
What make you think it can turn around the trend?
Used to be a big fan of ZPP but since the Company bought the land from the CEO(or another interested person, can not remember exactly) for RMB85M(from my memory again), I started to question the management's agenda. So far, the stock price movement has supported my doubt.
About the recent new shares issuement, One question: Why extra S$14 Million while there is RMB143M sitting idlely in the bank as short term deposit?
Nevertheless, it is certainly a stock worth watching closely, so fingers are crossed....[xiaoqiuqiu (2-23 11:05, Long long ago)]

大家讨论一下)post from other forumZPP released its FY06 results yesterday, net profit down 11%. Old man Lim is promoting ZPP price by various strategies.
ZPP management always say good things, cannot delieve what they say.
1. Only mentioned gross margin. Its net margin dropped to 19.7% from 24.7% in FY05. The highest is 28% in FY04, this is a big trouble.
2. Not mentioned OEM gasoline engine contract any more, 100% failed. Who's fault? Big mouth Lim or Xue YueWen? Product quality?
3. Cash rich company, S$0.08/share, but FY06 didnot declare any dividend. Previously I expect 1 singpore cent per share. This is very disappointing. ZPP's history is too short, has high risk, no consistent dividend policy.
4. 70.8m new share placement to raise S$14.4m, for what, FY06 ROE dropped to 22% from 38% in FY04. If ZPP cannot use the extra capital S$14.4m efficiently, then its FY07 ROE will drop further. Xue YongWen and Old man Lim have a lot of other businesses that need money. Xue YongWen has pulled out RMB 90m from ZPP under a beautiful reason of buying plant fixed asset from Xue YongWen. I guess Big Mouth Lim and Mr. Xue's other business has trouble. I read an article about its steel-making business that's tightly controlled and monitored by government. If this kind of business cannot meet some critical requirement set by government, the government has rights to close its business. Please study ChinaPaper's case.
5. ZPP is still controlled by old man Lim. This man is not trustable, gave QAF a lot of trouble. Hopefully this time will not give Sam Goi's trouble.
6. Is it still exciting for ZPP future? At least need 3 years' watch to decide whether it is still good.
7. If big boys and Old man lim want to play ZPP, that's a different story. Any stock can play play at bull market.
