吾眼盘了一哈，almost half of the 1h profit comes from investment returns.
in 1h, uni-asia disposed 3 vessels, which is not recurring income.
i estimate full year eps will be us$0.08, or $0.12. i remember uni-asia's dividend payout ratio is 50%(?)of profit. this works out $0.06c dividend for current financial yr, or abt 10%, which is in par with other ship trusts.
