年底前还有5000套BTOHDB releases 7,132 flats
HDB is stepping up its supply of new flats to meet increased demand.
Another 5,000 new Build-To-Order (BTO) flats will be released over the next 3 months in various locations. This translates to an average of 1,500 new flats monthly, with at least 2 BTO launches each month.
For October, HDB will launch two BTOs totalling more than 1,000 units in Jurong West and Sengkang.
In addition, HDB will launch a Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise today, and offer another 2,132 flats for sale.
With the good response to recent BTO launches, HDB will be increasing its BTO supply from 8,000 units to 9,000 units this year. So far, HDB has launched 3,945 BTO flats from Jan to Aug this year.
Sale of balance flats (SBF)
Spread over 24 estates, the 2,132 flats offered under the SBF ranges from studio apartments to Executive flats.
S1 and S2 refer to units from The Pinnacle@Duxton
Households interested in buying a flat under the SBF can visit an exhibition at the HDB Hub Sales Display Area (Atrium, 1st storey) to find out more.
Applications can be submitted online at the HDB InfoWEB: www.hdb.gov.sg from today till Oct 14.
At least 90 per cent of the flat supply will be set aside for first-timers, but no additional chances will be accorded to repeatedly unsuccessful first-timers. First-timers who reject 2 chances to select a flat will have their first-timers priorities removed for a one-year period for all HDB sales exercises

反正都是从HDB买,还不如买the peak or natural loft.个人感觉:
1)DBSS 可以申请3w+additional grant.
2)有装修,位置朝向也还不错
3)周围学校多
4)最重要的是地点好,
