looks not cheapyou may ask for a discount of 10% according to the quotation.

Especially, most of the time, item 18 (clearning), should be free.
item 20 (haulages & debris) clearing service), check with the local town council
or HDB branch, should be standard price, less than $300. The contractor has

可以让contractor做好step,然后自己买tiles，让contractor粘上去，这样的话价钱应该会省点
