could register free of charge at Boon Lat C.C as this is a joint-event by SIXGA and Boon Lay C.C. .....

As mentioned early, I will join at least once since Boon Lay has the budget enough for at least 3 years, better to join this year to show support so that the organisers could proceed with the 3-year plan.
