yesterday 邓章淦 asked whether Bishan to consider to promote the use of Bishan Grading System, e.g. to those xiangqi clubs within Central Singapore as a joint project or to discuss at the meeting chaired by SIXGA.
I told him that the Bishan Grading System is more for Bishan Xiangqi Club internal use, especially for the young members and adult members below the grades of 象棋大师, 甲级棋士 and 乙级棋士; and we have no plan to promote the use beyond Bishan Xiangqi Club other than the Bishan members.
