during 象棋座谈会：“现代布局发展趋向” on 13 Sep, Chairman of SIXGA mentioned about this arrangement ......


the current 教练班 has 6 participants, we should have about say 30 to 50 教练 (both elementary and intermediate levels) attended different classes since 2002, it should be a right time for 教练 to attend upgrading course(s) now.
