请教在金融行业IT部门的工作情况

我是计算机硕士学历，在新加坡总共工作了5年多，现在年薪是55K+还算可以的福利。但是我对现在的收入不是很满意，想找家银行或者金融公司的IT工作，请大家帮我参考一下前景。

我在这家公司是帮银行做IT外包服务的，做了1年高级工程师，如果我现在跳槽是不是经验还不够？能够要求到70K-80K的package吗？

还有，在银行IT部门的工作是不是压力很大，我担心不能给家庭和小孩足够的时间，如果经常加班的话我倒宁愿放弃高薪。我是不是太没志气了，呵呵。。。

实在很困惑，请大家提供些意见，万分感谢！
