In a conference company, there are differenc departments.

to organize a conference incldues alot of B/D and Marketing, such as sponsorship, publicity, advertising, and some one to sell the conference.

Mine job is more like marketing, I am programme developer, the producer, I need to research and moniter the market and our compeditors.
