•Establishing key relationships, business development, and promotion
of the full range of the bank's services and products, including cash
management/treasury products, trust services, swaps, etc.
Performing close monitoring of the corporate lending portfolio as and
when there are events or changes to the borrowers’ financial status
Assisting in the preparation of credit facilities such as credit applications,
credit reviews, financial analysis and cash flow modeling, etc.
Maintaining corporate banking-client relationships
Following existing loans to ensure complete compliance with terms of
approval
Working with credit applications, negotiating documents, cash flow
projections and loan documentation
Processing loan drawdowns and rollovers and bank guarantees
Reviewing customer annual financial reports and post loan monitoring
Carrying out RM’s KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews
Requirements:
•Bachelor/diploma degree in accountancy, banking or business
management with working experience with 3 to 5 years of commodity trade
finance experience in a commercial, wholesale or corporate banking position
Strong knowledge in trade and commodity financing with an excellent
track record in sales and operation
Possess sharp business acumen, leadership qualities and excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Working Capital and Asset based Financing, Cash
Management, Trade Service and Treasury products
Candidates with strong experience handling customers with heavy asset
financing requirements are preferred•
•Spoken English and Mandarin are necessary. Mandarin is essential for
the role because most of the corporate clients you deal with are Chinese
counterparts
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel
