You will provide assistance to the investigators in the conduct and implementation of clinical research according to good clinical practice guideline.
You will co-ordinate all activities related to the studies including preparing study protocols, IRB application, study site start-up, screening and recruitment, consent taking, retrieval of data from medical records, data entry, perform phlebotomy, schedule subjects for follow-up visit and ensure compliance with study protocols.
You will also help in any other duties as assigned by the supervisor and investigators.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Science; or a Diploma in Nursing or Science with at least 2 years’ relevant local work experience in related field
2. Ability to work both independently and in a team
3. Ability to perform pblebotomy
4. Proficient in MS office applications
5. Good communication and interaction skills. Ability to speak basic Mandarin and local dialects will be an added advantage
6. Able to work flexibly with occasional weekends and late evenings

Job Summary:
· You are required to assist the HIV team in data collection and data reporting in the HIV programme.
· This involves clinical data entry and maintaining files to ensure patient confidentiality in the database system
· You will also assist in patient recruitment for the studies under your Primary Investigator (PI)
Job Requirement:
· Minimum diploma in Biomedical Science / Nursing
· Proficient with Microsoft office applications
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· The ability to converse in mandarin is preferred
· Venipuncture skills will be an advantage
