Thank you for highlighting your concerns. I understand how you feel because
I was also "reprimanded" by the FSC Safety and I believe it was the same
guy you mentioned. I do agree that professionally this is not the way to
treat us.
I actually had a chat with one of the M&E supervisors and Lantro's Safety
Officer this morning about yesterday's incident and also to highlight the
way we were treated. Both of them highlighted that this is a construction
site and unfortunately, there ARE "undiplomatic" people/supervisor around.
It's part of their job character or usually, they are being treated the
same by their boss so hence, the downstream effect. The M&E supervisor
offered his apologies (on behalf of the company) and thanked us for our
patience. However, he did iterate that we should be adhering to the site
safety rules regardless.
To avoid such incident in future, please ensure that you wear your PPE
especially in open/exposed area
