Type of Employment : 1 year extendable contract, payroll of Softenger Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Job Description
• First point of person for UBS employees, especially for front and back office units
• Relationship owner with Front office users
• Provide Japanese support to Japan users
• Investigate, analyze & resolve business queries escalated from APAC users (client advisors, client assistants, operations)
• Filter business queries from IT queries, and escalate IT queries to the respective L2s. Liaison between L2s and users
• Queries include, but are limited to:
o How to use a WM application correctly (front office and back office applications)
o Details about a financial products brokered by the client.
o Settlement process of the different products that are handled by front and back office e.g. FX, bonds, physical gold etc.
• Accurately understand user's requirements and issues, thus providing concise solutions
• Sufficient business knowledge to understand the risks and impacts of the user's query, therefore processing it with the correct urgency.
• Create and verify entries in the internal Knowledge Base (Assist)

• Multiple language capability working within APAC landscape (English and Japanese)PC skills
• Good understanding of Financial instruments and/or settlement processes

• Strong analytical skills
