把房子悄悄租出去我当然知道该怎样做，嗬嗬，灰色地带都不会走不是白当了中国人。

我整个讨论的过程时，如何在遵守法律规定的情况下利用我们的身份（不是土著新加坡人）合理安排可以同时拥有组屋再加上1套或者若干套私人公寓。

因为按照规定，你签私人房屋OTP的时候律师应该会政府确认你够资格买房子，这个就合悄悄把房子租出去不一样了。你可以悄悄租出去，但不可能悄悄买房子。。。
