不知道为什么很多人都对外资银行有这么多成见。看了上边的回帖，想必是因为一年之中连续几次board rate increase 留下了心理阴影。

不过board rate movement 的确也是跟market interest rate 而变的，虽然幅度上来说银行内部缺少了很多透明度。现在的index link packages, 不管是link to SIBOR 还是 SOR 或是SWAP，不过local bank 还是foreign bank 都是一样的透明。

我不了解其他银行贷款的funding system，不过似乎本地银行在funding 方面似乎要有很大优势，所以才能把spread 降到很低。外资银行可能拼不过rates，不过还是有很多吸引人的卖点。

比如Citibank is offering 1M/3M/6M/12M SIBOR 或是 2yr/3yr SWAP，see which index you would be more comfortable with, and you can still choose to switch between any of these indices later, if you feel the interest environment is moving against you.

当然还有服务，据我所知并不是所有银行都会给repricing，特别是within lock in period的，要reprice 也是要先交 penalty fee。我觉得在这些方面，外资银行似乎会更好一些。
