The HDB conducts seminars for buyers and sellers on policies/procedures involved in the buying of a resale flat.
Knowing the HDB resale policies and procedures helps buyers and sellers make informed decisions and avoid pitfalls in their buying/selling of HDB flat and ensures a smoother transaction. The seminars also cover practical aspects of handling the transaction such as planning for finances when buying a resale flat, knowing how to compute the estimated sale proceeds and knowing the procedures required to enter into a contract using the standard Option to Purchase.
The seminars are conducted regularly in English, Mandarin and Malay. As part of our continuous efforts to reach out to all potential resale flat buyers and sellers, for the first time, we now conduct the seminar in Tamil too.
Resale Seminar in English : The next available dates are 13 April and 8 June 2013.
Resale Seminar in Mandarin: The seminar will be held on 23 March and 18 May 2013.
