如果楼主能找到接替的，同时也能支付差额，房东还不愿意的话。好。那楼主只要把所有证据都保留下来，就可以自己卷铺走人了。　

因为这样的话，到法庭上去就是房东不肯mitigate damage, 基本就是他理亏： “Mitigation in law is the principle that a party who has suffered loss (from a tort or breach of contract) has to take reasonable action to minimize the amount of the loss suffered.”

但是话说就是7千块，有人去租吗？哎。楼主啊，我在找地方住。但是我每月最多只能付2000租金。要不我去住，你支付7000吧？哈哈。开玩笑。。。
