就算收益2%和存银行比也好多了，而且毕竟房贷利息才1%，你借200万的话一年就空手套2万的利息。另外还有升值、还有租金潜在向上、还有抗通胀性能。比如猪肉价格翻倍的话通常房租也能翻倍。房租这个事情的好处是它基本上按照猪肉重量计算每个月所能换成的猪肉基本上是一条水平线，这个其实就是收租最重要的意义所在了，减少了人生的各种波动性让你能够更好的做计划。
