Term 是这样的：
If your foreign maid suffers an injury or sickness and
needs to stay in hospital while in Singapore or needs
to go into hospital as an emergency while she is
overseas, we will pay for the necessary and
reasonable hospital and surgical expenses (including
day surgery), recommended or asked for by a
medical practitioner for your foreign maid to be
treated in a hospital, up to the limit shown in the
schedule
看起来就是要进医院才可以。
医生的手术费跟化验费实在不能报也就算了，如果这样接能彻底解决问题的话。我更担心的是后续会不会有更多费用产生。还有因为换保险的问题，会不会因为Pre-Existing的问题而不可以报。不过看它的条款因该是可以的。General Exclusion 里的一项：
pre-existing medical conditions or physical
problems happening before the start of the
policy unless your foreign maid had been
working in Singapore for more than 12 months
in a row;
