什么30个月的条件我有一套HDB,二手的 还可以买EC吗? 谢谢!

Ownership / Interest in Property

You, your spouse, any occupiers listed in the Application Form or their spouses must not own or dispose any other flat, house, building or land* or have an estate or interest at any time within 30 months before the date of application, or between the date of the application and the date of taking possession of the EC.

* includes but is not limited to HUDC flats (whether privatized or not), properties acquired by gift, properties inherited as beneficiaries under a will or as a result of the Intestate Succession Act, private properties, commercial properties and industrial properties, as well as properties owned / acquired / disposed through nominees regardless of whether any of these properties are located in Singapore or overseas.

HDB网站上还有很多policy,有打算买房就经常去看看吧。多搜一下版上旧贴收获也会很多~

另外唐僧一下,新的EC是(算是吧)公民的福利,如果不是公民无权购买。除了income ceiling稍微高一点,其它policy方面和普通HDB组屋没太大差别,不能和组屋同时拥有,但你可以卖掉组屋再买
满5年不到10年的EC,PR可买;非公民非PR不能买
超过10年就和私人condo没区别了,仅就条款规定而言,品质地段就。。。XD
