上次向comcen 发的complaint有回音了

The University network bandwidth primarily serves the need for teaching, learning, research and administrative activities of all students and staff on or off campus. LAN gaming/recreational activities are secondary need as they consume high bandwidth traffic. Your experience may due to other legitimate activities contributed to the network traffic congestion.
