==> 是说3 (resale) / 5年 (New)以内

==〉prior approval, 3 (resale) / 5 (New)年就满足要求拿

我觉得你的理解有错:原文如下: Flat owners and occupiers are allowed to invest in private properties (both local and overseas). However, they must meet certain eligibility conditions: For flats bought directly from HDB (including flats bought from the open market with CPF Housing Grant) The flat owners must satisfy the required occupation period for the flat before acquiring the private property. (要住够了时间才可以买Condo) Flat owners and occupiers who have fulfilled the required occupation periods for their flats do not need to seek HDB's prior written consent before acquiring the private properties. The flat owners must continue to stay in the HDB flat after acquiring the private property. However, exception is made for those who have obtained prior approval from HDB to sublet the flat under the Subletting of Flat policy.(但买了以后还是要住在组屋) For Flats bought from the open market without CPF Housing Grant There is no need to satisfy the required occupation period for the flat before acqui (more...)
hehe, "Subletting of Flat policy"-HDB新的要自住满5年, resale不拿grand3年

"Subletting of Flat policy" 就是,新的要自住满5年, resale拿grand的话5年,不拿grand3年。当然是要去HDB 登记申请先。

周围成千上万的新加坡人都是这样把HDB 租出去的

买卖期限不是我说的,是政策规定把房子悄悄租出去我当然知道该怎样做,嗬嗬,灰色地带都不会走不是白当了中国人。 我整个讨论的过程时,如何在遵守法律规定的情况下利用我们的身份(不是土著新加坡人)合理安排可以同时拥有组屋再加上1套或者若干套私人公寓。 因为按照规定,你签私人房屋OTP的时候律师应该会政府确认你够资格买房子,这个就合悄悄把房子租出去不一样了。你可以悄悄租出去,但不可能悄悄买房子。。。
赫赫,当然讨论的都是绝对合法的做法,纯白色地区。。

上面你那两段话,HDB 太强调主要目的是给自住。搞到很多人误会,

最重要的就是每段最后四个字 "Suletting of Flat Policy", 满足了就合法了

我和Icky 上面说的就是这四个字的意思。
