Let's all take legal action against CFA Institute.
Time of registration should be deemed as time of entering into a contract. Subsequent changes in terms need to be agreed by both parties, not CFA Institute unilaterally.

Consulted a lawyer. The point of registering for the CFA exams
is not deemed to be entering into a contract.
