这在武汉太常见了，我好朋友父母华工的（我老觉得华科听着有点山寨）也是不说武汉话而且就是会说武汉话的武汉人，在外面貌似也不像四川筒子那么抱团，很少讲武汉话的。我有次飞机上碰到一武汉人，一路说的普通话，飞机快到武汉降落的时候不约而同换成了武汉话模式，呃，context很重要XD
