hmm i think of course we should listen to the best, best is SOFTWAREA software calculates all the moves and judge which move is the best to play, not to say that players cant, but humans do make mistake and gets tired while thinking too hard. therefore, a referee must be good at chess(esp end games) also to see and judge a game whether is it a win or loss.
