- it's a senior position which requires mature person, who can perform technologies evaluation/selection, application architecture, design, and coding/testing. Sometimes it is required to manage some other staffs when needed.

- working experience can be <10 years

- Strong J2EE / database (mysql, oracle) experience in server side/back-end software development
