坛子新人闲聊入坛感悟: 感谢小人, 佩赞凡人 (长文慎入)人虽固有邪性，但君子正能压邪，内心坦荡；邪不胜正，内心戚戚者即为小人。
现实生活中小人亦敌亦友，真假难辨。
我曾有一住同栋单身楼男同事获晋职提升，闻之他部门有一空缺，比较适合一不善表达工作郁闷的妹妹，于是和另一铁杆姐妹与他吃饭时同问能否考虑她。没想到这一问问来领导找我谈话，说我泄露人事机密要下红文处理我。我一无名小卒本无权掌握任何机密，谈何泄露之有，令人呸呸匪夷所思！原来此男在高管会议上点我的名说我提及此事云云，地球人都知道啊。公司为安怃其心牺牲个小卒也太不人道了吧。 原以为和他怎么也有点交情，常常一起吃饭，还曾和我姐妹俩一起看某明星演唱会呢，私下聊聊不同意就算了呗，怎么因此得罪了还背后捅人一刀呢？当头一棒我啊！不过接下来发生的却让我对他感激涕零，俺被吓得浑身哆嗦慌不择路跑到另一家公司, 未料薪水暴涨至烂公司的3倍有余！（后听说那厮屁股没坐热被迫下台出走，小人自有报应，此为后话）
再来说虚拟世界之网络论坛，本人新近空闲无聊到处闲逛，华新让俺首次跺下脚印以示到此一游。这地儿人与人看不见摸不着，只看见说出的那些话，识别小人简单得多，因为狗嘴里一定吐不出象牙滴。

对于小人，我觉得我现在老板给的建议非常经典：
“Always love your client and appreciate that they give you job to do. If you really really can not love them, take them out from the client company, find a good job for them, then you no need to deal with the troublesome customer in key client companies, but they will appreciate your offer and treat you better in future."
