Hi,everyone,here is a problem:

After the oral defence (phd), I will receive a confirm letter from University to certify that I have finished the oral defence and will be awarded the degree. Will Chinese Embassy notarize my degree for me using this letter? And will this letter be accepted by the Chinese Ministry of Education (we will required to do another notarization in Beijing somewhere)? Or only the degree scroll will be accepted?
