关于买卖HDB我想请教如下问题：
1.如果PR过期了而且已经离开了新加坡，不在续PR的情况下必须卖出HDB吗？
2.是不是在各种年限下关于1的处理情况不一样呢?
3.万一要离开新加坡房贷还没还清大家都打算怎么处理啊？
