最近工作上遇到了一件事，想请您帮忙看一看。
为了避免不必要的纷争，以下事件都用化名。
A公司和B公司曾经是JV，一起投标一场工程，投标需要提交safety manual, 这期间A公司准备了safety manual，并以AB公司JV的名义投标。后来AB公司的JV没有中标。
B公司同时正在进行另外一个工程的投标。C公司曾经是B公司的subcon. B公司邀请C公司派人帮忙一起投标, 答应如果中标两公司就JV。
小Z是C公司的，当时被派去B公司帮忙，安排在B公司的某manager老M下做事。
老M把AB公司JV的 safety manual 给小Z, 要他把scan的PDF格式转换成word格式, 说scan的 文件不清楚有些东西要改。小Z照做了，总共大概500页小Z一页一页的type出来了，并且把文件交给老M。后来小Z才知道，这个文件不光用在了AB公司的投标中，还改了标题用在了B公司自己以后的工程投标中。
B公司的工程中标了，按照约定BC公司JV,但是MainCon还是B公司。小Z也退出了这个工程。
现在老M否认小Z曾经把文件给他，而且否认自己和safety munual的事情有任何关系。所有的有关safety manual 的事情都叫别人找小Z。小Z开始觉得事情不太对了。
想请教钟律师，这个过程中，小Z有什么触犯到法律的行为吗？小Z�

Unless Z have made copies of the safety manual, kept it for himself, distributed to unauthorised third parties or used it in other projects in his new employment assuming there are no new or undisclosed fact you have nothing to worry about.
