8) Damaged/Warped coffee table replacement : $199 ($150)
9) Repainting of main and master room doors : $120
10) Toilet bowl replacement: $350 ($150)
11) Partial painting(living room to kitchen area) : $450 ($150)
Total repairs work : $1849 ($1150)
Commission refund : $304.95
Total deductibles : $2153.95 (1454.95)
Refundable amount : $1266.05 (1965.05)
括号里面本来是我放的amount,是base on 合同,每个item我只出150,但是房东还是最后要收1300,所以最后我们只鞥拿回 1815.
而且这里面有一些item是我们住进去就坏了,只是我们没有出声。
其实我想说
租房子,这样是很正常的,本地房东都这样。很多房东只在结束合同的时候来看一下,平常不来的,所以租客自己入住的时候如果有东西坏了,你得自己当天就拍照发给中介,让中介务必通知房东。如果你不出声,只能你自己吃哑巴亏,因为或许房东真的不知道就是坏了,还是你们弄坏的。然后又正巧遇上抠门的房东。觉得你错怪中介了,遇到这种事,如果你最开始没有拍照留存,以及最后没有找人来评估维修成本的话,这事儿就只能这样
