明年1月Lock in结束现在就该开始看了，还是太早？

refinancing

不会太早合同有效6个月，可以先锁定配套。

需要给银行3个月的通知，如果明年一月到期可以今年十一月让律师联系。

refinancing都会产生什么一次性的费用？ valuation fee ?

Fee

Legal fee about $1800 for pte and $1500 for hdb　

Valuation fee about $200 (+gst) for hdb and for pte it varies depending on property valuation about $325 -$550 (+ gst)
