关于Bonus的一个问题请教论坛内达人因为新找的公司老板说往年average bonus都有15个月左右，前提是必须做满一年。 可能是因为他觉得bonus给得比较高， 所以在basic salary的问题上要比我现在的薪水降20%。 这让我很为难， 不知道各位有没有处理这方面合约谈判的经验， 或者说有没有要求他们提高basic的技巧。 谢谢。
did he say 15 months for whom in the past?
overall workforce, including sales and other employees? if this case, the 15months is highly diluted as sales force can easily years of bonus esp in booming property market.
or he specify it's on the IT line, more specifically, on this position he offerred. if so, try to negotiate to at least lock/gurantee a portion say 8 months (the number can negotiate up or down) bonus in your package..
lower basic pay and higher bonus is quite typically in SMEs... a smart way to hedge operating cost..
