年薪40万，国内的一个工作机会，熟悉国内情况的朋友请教一下看看值不值得
有国内的猎头找到我，说是天津渣打银行招人，职位是Software Engineer, Equity Derivatives, Band 6， 年薪税前40万左右，具体工作职责如下：
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist business analysts and software architects in converting business requirements into system solutions.
Develop and unit test GUI, server-side components and reports across multiple work streams, being able to manage stakeholder expectations
Develop automated regression and testing frameworks to assist with system testing and user acceptance testing
Continually enhance the delivery of services to the Equity Derivatives businesses through the ongoing analysis of the business requirements as related to technology
Assist with graduate recruitment and mentoring for the team and wider TEDA delivery function
Contribution to ongoing development of TEDA delivery function for financial markets
我自己目前在一家本地大型offshore公司，也是底层IT,目前算上所有花红年薪有税前7万出这样，工作压力小，唯一不满意的地方是本地公司升职加薪很慢的。
请教一下熟悉国内情况的朋友，天津渣打这份工作值不值得我折腾回国？
